Opportunities for store credit and fundraising

Individual Parties

• Send out invitations to your friends, co-workers, neighbors, church members, etc.  In the invitation let them know that they will receive 20% off one item (exceptions: food and sale items).  We can help you with the invitation.

• Pick a night. (We run the party after the store closes, generally from 6 p.m. – 9 p.m. We staff the party.)

• Bring in snacks and/or appetizers if you wish to add to the party atmosphere.  We provide coffee.

• The amount of sales determines your store credit.  You will receive 20% of your sales as a store credit or a $50.00 store credit, whichever is larger.  Food and sale items may be purchased, but they don’t count toward the total sales.

Organization Parties (Fundraising Opportunities)

• Let us help you support your favorite charity, youth group, work trip or project. We will create a coupon for you to distribute to all of your supporters and their friends.  If you have an established e-mail list it can go out with that.

• We will then set a time period (generally one week) in which 20% of all their purchases (except food and sale items) will contribute to your cause.  We would create a flyer that your supporters would present at the time of purchase.  At the end of the week we tally them up and send you a check for 20% of eligible purchases.

• We can also have the fund raiser as an after-hours evening event similar to the individual parties.
